The Bonsai is crafted from 100% grade A, sustainably sourced Northern European birch – no fillers, no fake layers. Birch’s superb strength-to-weight ratio keeps the bike light and stable for little riders, with a smooth, knot-free, splinter-resistant finish that looks and feels premium.

The Bonsai blends timeless birch elegance with a premium aluminium finishing kit, so it rides as beautifully as it looks. Developed in collaboration with Ritchey Logic and mountain bike pioneer Tom Ritchey, its perfectly proportioned stem and bar combo use over a decade of shared design experience to give kids pro-level control on a truly stunning little bike.

The Bonsai runs market-leading aluminium rims and hubs with high-grade sealed bearings to keep weight and rolling resistance low. That means we can fit grippy, confidence-boosting tyres for safety and performance, without making the bike feel heavy.
