Display Intuvia 100

The Intuvia 100 display is simple and intuitive to use and offers a perfect overview of key riding data, including distance, trip duration, range, speed and riding mode. The Intuvia 100 also provides precise information on the battery charge level as a percentage. It can be conveniently operated using the LED Remote on the handlebars.

Flex Box

The Flex Box is an extension of the Basic Box (45 by 30 cm) for transporting larger loads and offers numerous transport options both when folded out and in. When collapsed, it is high enough to transport a regular drinks crate. And when folded out, its extended area of approx. 45 by 65 cm provides ample space for your weekly shopping or sports bag. It is fitted with a box lock that protects your load from unwanted access, if need be.

Additional lock chain 130 cm

The sturdy Abus chain lock, in addition to the Abus Shield frame lock, provides twice the security for your E-Bike. The 130 cm long chain is latched onto the frame lock and you can quickly lock your bike to the nearest lamppost or lock it together with up to three other bikes.

Child seat with headrest

The headrest offers additional safety, especially when transporting taller children. A sturdy bench seat that can be suspended in the Flex Box in two different ways serves as a child seat. Depending on its position, it will accommodate either one taller or two smaller children age seven or younger – reliably protected by the five-point seat belts. And the comfortable back cushion automatically folds in when the Flex Box is closed. However, when the headrest is fitted, it cannot be closed. Please observe national regulations for the transport of children on bikes before using.

Carrier

The carrier with MIK system provides even more storage space: you can quickly and securely attach pannier racks, baskets, bike accessories, and even a dog basket, to the sturdy adapter plate.

Child cover

The child cover reliably protects your younger passengers from the wind, rain and sun. It can be combined with the optional Flex Box, which can still be easily folded out and closed even when the child cover is fitted. The cover includes an additional panel that you can either use to darken the viewing window or as a rear panel. We have deliberately refrained from using fibreglass rods and PVC film material in the production process.

OUR OPINION

Flexible transport solutions

We have been waiting for a compact front loader for a few years. In our experience, a front loader is quite restrictive for a city like Porto. Small roads, no cycling infrastructure, and most of the time, we need to drive a bit on the sidewalks to save time and not get stuck in traffic. All of these are harder on a front loader than on a longtail.

We have been using it daily since July to be able to give our official opinion, but so far, what we have learned is that kids love it and are happier in the front than in the back.

Of course, adapting to the new riding experience involves a learning curve. Additionally, although Carrie can carry two kids in the front, we are more inclined to recommend taking only one - the Flex Box is relatively compact and smaller than we would like.

Therefore, if you have only one small child and don't have a plan to have a larger family, Carrie might be a good fit, but there is nothing better than coming for a test ride. For bigger families, we have the Load and the Packster.
