What’s included?

  • Hand-delivery of your fully assembled bicycle

  • Personalized bike fit (saddle height & setback, reach, handlebar height/angle, lever position, tire pressure, suspension pressure)

  • Control & system walkthrough (gearing, assist modes, display/app pairing, charging, security features)

  • Accessory setup (lights, racks, lock mounts, bell, pedals, installed if purchased)

  • First-ride check on a nearby street/path and final micro-adjustments

How it works?

  1. Delivery day: we arrive with your bike fully assembled, cleaned, and safety-checked.

  2. Duration: 60–90 minutes per bike (allow ~30 extra minutes if you’ve added multiple accessories).
