It is enough time for both parents to try it, for the kids to get used to it, and for the bike to become part of the week, not just a special weekend activity.

The trial includes a supplied lock, GPS where available, insurance rules and a clear storage plan. Theft outside the agreed security rules is handled through the liability terms in the trial contract.

We treat the trial as daily mobility, not a rental. If something stops the routine, we respond with a fix, pickup or replacement option according to availability and the trial terms.

Yes. We fit the bike for the household and show both riders how to handle, brake, park and lock it safely.

Yes. If the trial proves your family needs a different urban setup, your credit follows you to another eligible CICLO urban e-bike or cargo bike.

We can pause up to seven days if agreed in advance and fleet availability allows. The goal is a real-life trial, not a rushed decision.

Yes, trial fleet availability is limited. Reservation is the best way to secure the bike and timing, especially while subsidy windows are open.
