PREMIUM CARGO BIKES FOR EVERYONE

School Runs Re-imagined

Traffic, parking, seat-belt chaos—the morning sprint isn’t the job. The job is simple: get your kids to the door on time, calm, and ready for the day. That’s what a kid-first cargo e-bike is built to do.

Our bikes are designed around kids. Secure belts and seats, easy step-in, covers for rain or sun, and space for backpacks and more. You arrive together, happy and on time—and you roll straight on with your day.

Your seven-minute school run actually takes seven minutes.

Beat the SCHOOL MORNING chaos

On weekday mornings around schools, parking is chaotic, timing is tight, and kids with bags must be handled with care and calmness.

I want a family-capable bike that I can load quickly and ride safely from door to gate, so drop-off is on time and stress-free, and I can continue to work or run errands.

Quick load, quick goodbye, and you’re moving again.

Be a SUPER HERO parent

Confident and relaxed, you glide through the city, ready for whatever the day brings. Along the way there’s fresh air, easy conversations, and always on‑time arrivals.

You teach your kids independence and they roll into school smiling, because they see you as the example for how to take on the world.

Every single morning, you’re their superhero.

Predictable door-to-gate
(RAINING DAYS included)

Protected from every forecast. With full weather covers, bright lights, grippy tyres, and responsive brakes your ride stays steady and comfortable no matter what the day brings.

Rain, wind, or sun shouldn’t slow you down. The bikes are built to keep you confident and your little ones dry, shaded, and smiling on every journey.

Kids stay dry, clothes stay clean, and arrival time stays the same.

Special conditions valid from October 20th to November 30th, with advantages up to 600€ in accessories and services.

    • Who can benefit?
Families who intend to carry one or more children, and early adapters who want to change their way to commute, and live. For that to happen you’ll have to purchase within the campaign period.

    • What’s included in the offer?
Offers may include: child seat, helmet, mirror, lock, alarm, transport accessories, and more with also maintenance/service packs.

    • Can I combine offers if I buy more than one bike?
It depends on the model and stock availability. We’ll confirm the available combinations at your test ride.

    • What if I decide after the campaign period?
These conditions are exclusive to this period and may not be repeated.

    • How do I book a test ride?
Click “Book a test ride” and pick a day/time. On the day it will last up to 90 minutes, and you’ll be able to ask questions and try several models.

    • Which models can I test?
We offer longtails (e.g., Multitinker, Multicharger) and front-loaders (e.g., Load, Carrie). Availability may vary with schedule/stock.

    • Can I bring the kids to the test ride?
Yes—please do. It’s the best way to feel stability and comfort. Bring your kids’ helmets (and your own) if you have them; if not, we’ll lend you helmets.

  • Longtail:

    • Footprint & storage:Narrow width, shorter wheelbase; easiest to squeeze through doors, lifts, and bike rooms.

    • Handling feel: Quick, “normal-bike” steering; lively in traffic. Can feel rear-heavy when fully loaded—practice helps.

    • Loading style: Kids climb onto a rear seat/bench; great for older/taller children who hop on/off fast.

    • Weather setup: No box—so you use child seats + rain ponchos or a small rear canopy; less windage, lighter overall.

    • Cargo mix: Massive pannier volume + front rack if needed; ideal for school bags, laptops, groceries.

    • Parking & stairs: Lighter and easier to bump up curbs or a few steps; simpler lock-up on tight railings.

    • Best for: Dense city riding, short to medium distances, families prioritizing agility, storage ease, and value.

    Frontloader:

    • Footprint & storage: Longer wheelbase and box; needs more hallway/garage space and a bit more turning room.

    • Handling feel: Extremely planted at low speed; stable starts/stops with precious cargo. Slight learning curve on linkage steering—confidence grows fast.

    • Loading style: Step-in box at curb height; buckle everyone in while you maintain eye contact—smooth for toddlers.

    • Weather setup: Full cover options create a cozy, dry cabin; kids arrive clean even in heavy rain.

    • Cargo mix: Big, organized space for two kids plus backpacks/sports gear; everything visible and within reach.

    • Parking & school gate: Roll to the door, flip the stand, kids out in seconds—super efficient drop-offs.

    • Best for: Families wanting maximum stability, weather protection, and capacity with daily, repeatable door-to-gate timing.

    Rule of thumb:

    • A longtail carries kids/cargo on the rear and feels close to a “regular” bike.

    • A front-loader has a front box (more volume and direct eye contact with kids).
Both are stable; choose based on your daily routes and use.

  • Which one should you choose?

Both are longtails (kids/cargo on the rear): stable, city-friendly, easy to park.

    Multitinker

    • Compact / urban; longer wheelbase for high agility and stability.

    • Great for couples with very different heights (easy fit adjustments).

    • Ideal for two kids, with or without child seats, on school-run routines.

    • For Porto city riding, we recommend the Vario drivetrain variant.

    Multicharger

    • Longer longtail; optional HS (up to 45 km/h) assistance version.

    • Perfect for one child in a seat + one older passenger without a seat.

    • Option to add +250 Wh extra battery (range extender).

    • More comfort at higher cruising speeds and on mixed routes.

    Rule of thumb:

    • Choose Multitinker if you prioritise agility and two kids in child seats.

    • Choose Multicharger if you want higher speeds, more rider comfort, and longer trips with two kids (only one in a child seat).

  • Carrie vs Load — which is best for me?

Both are front-loaders (box at the front) with constant eye contact with your kids.

    Carrie

    • Compact, lightweight front-loader; very agile in the city.

    • Smaller/modular front box that can be closed down to reduce volume and make low-speed manoeuvres easier.

    • Great for 1–2 kids and urban routes with mostly gentle turns.

    • Has a short initial learning curve.

    Load

    • Premium front-loader with full suspension (front + rear).

    • Maximum comfort and stability, even with weight and rough surfaces.

    • Higher capacity for 2–3 kids + cargo.

    • Ideal if you want top-tier comfort and convenience.

    • Comes with a longer initial learning curve.

    Rule of thumb:

    • Choose Carrie if you prioritise urban agility and a compact format.

    • Choose Load if you value top-end comfort, stability, and capacity (2–3 kids).

  • “Easy” vs “Family” — what does it mean?

Easy (model with family configuration from the previousgeneration):

    • Focus on simplicity and convenience.

    • Models with capacity for 2–3 kids.

    • Pre-defined basic family kit (set configuration).

    • Typical examples: Multitinker, Carrie, Multicharger, Load.

    • 2024 generation.

Family (model with family configuration from the newgeneration):

    • Focus on capacity and comfort.

    • Carries 2–3 kids + cargo, with options for rain canopies, benches/seats and family packs.

    • Pre-defined family setup for simplicity.

    • Typical examples: Multitinker, Multicharger (family config).

    • New 2026 generation.

    Rule of thumb

    • Choose Easy if you want the best value with the previous motor/generation, prioritising everyday convenience and a very attractive price.

    • Choose Family if you want the newest technology, more motor torque, and a competitive price for the latest generation.

  • Quick guide—how many kids each model can carry
(including when a +1 rear child seat is possible, where allowed)

    • Multicharger (longtail): 2 kids.

    • Multitinker (longtail): 2 kids.

    • Carrie (front-loader): 2 kids in the front box + 1 on a rear child seat.

    • Load (front-loader):

      • Load 60: 2 kids in the front box + 1 on a rear child seat.

      • Load 75: 3 kids in the front box + 1 on a rear child seat

    • I’ve already filled out the form. What happens next?
We’ll contact you to narrow down the options that make the most sense for you, then schedule your test ride—and, if you wish, move forward with the purchase.
Prefer to reach out yourself? You can contact us directly anytime.

    • Can I buy the bike if I live in Lisbon?
Yes. We sell and deliver anywhere in Portugal. While we recommend doing the test ride with us in Porto to clear any doubts, if you’ve already tried a model or you’re sure about what you want, we can deliver the bike to your home.

    • What’s the delivery time?
It depends on the model and configuration. We’ll confirm current delivery times at the moment of configuration and purchase (typically 2–6 weeks).

    • Does it require much maintenance?
It varies by model/configuration. In general, plan periodic services—about every 6–12 months or ~1,000 km—focusing on brakes, drivetrain, and bolt checks.
Bikes with the Touring drivetrain (cassette + derailleur) need more upkeep than those with internal gear hubs such as Vario, Automatic, or Rohloff.

    • Warranty & service
Manufacturer warranty, with in-store service by appointment.

    • How many kilometres per charge?
Battery range depends on several factors: battery capacity, assist level, terrain, weather, total load (kids/cargo), rider weight, tyre pressure, and more. For a tailored estimate, use the Bosch Range Calculator.

    • How do I charge it?
Remove the battery and plug it into a standard wall outlet with the charger, or charge it directly on the bike (it will depend on your e-bike chosen model).

    • How long does a full charge take?
It depends on battery capacity and charger type. With the standard charger supplied, expect roughly 3–6 hours for a full charge.

    • How do I protect my bike against theft?
We recommend the Bosch alarm (with real-time location capability, motor lock, and movement notifications) plus a high-security ABUS lock and a ground/wall anchor at home/garage.

    • Where should I store it? Will it fit in a lift/garage?
Longtail models often fit in standard lifts and are easier to manoeuvre and park.
Front-loader models need more space/turning room, so plan for a slightly larger storage area.

    • What about hills?
Bosch e-bike motors are not only powerful but also responsive, handling even steep climbs with ease. During your test ride, we’ll show you exactly how to use the assist modes.

    • What about rain?
There are dedicated rain covers and rider protections. You can try the accessories with us on our shop.

    • Is it safe to carry 2–3 children?
Yes—depending on the model. The appropriate models provide the space and comfort needed and use tested, certified child-carry accessories.

    • How tall do I need to be?
As a rule of thumb, at least 1.50 m. At your test-ride appointment we’ll fine-tune fit and setup for your comfort and safety.

  • It can vary by model, but a standard e-bike check-up typically covers:

    • Safety check: frame, fork, cockpit, pedals, child seats & mounts

    • Brakes: check & adjustment

    • Drivetrain: belt tension, shifting adjustment

    • Wheels & tyres: pressure, spoke tension

    • Bolts & torque: full bike torque check (rack, stands, carriers, accessories)

    • Electrical system (Bosch): diagnostics, firmware updates, error-code check

Note: First check-up needs to be done before the first 500 km.
